The Young Adult class offers 15 to 18 year-olds an immersive hands-on creative experience in the main studio. This workshop is designed to introduce students to the elements of art, line shape, and color and to offer stimulating, higher- level projects that combines Drawing, Painting and Collage/Mixed-Media. This workshop will provide many opportunities for constructive dialogue – sharing and responding to the work produced by everyone involved in the art-making process. Midweek participants will tour the D’Amico House to view the collection. A critique will be held on the last day of class.
