Work with colored sheet glass, powder, frit, and stringers to explore techniques that build a wide range of glass fused and slump molded pieces. Specific hands-on exercises in cutting and arranging glass will lead participants to develop an understanding of the materials and create pieces reflecting their personal style. Midweek, participants will tour the D’Amico House to view the collection. A critique will be held on the last day of class.
