The collage class provides an exploration of the 2-D application of papers and other materials affixed to a flat surface.  Through demonstrations/motivations/exercises and discussions, participants will discover the various possibilities of collage using a variety of paper sources, gluing mediums, and mounting surfaces.  Students will be encouraged to explore the approaches and materials demonstrated each day, develop their own interpretation of them and appreciate the variation of interpretations by their fellow classmates.  Basic materials will be provided.
