Designed for beginners, this workshop introduces the fundamentals of glass fusing, exploring how heat transforms layers of glass into vibrant, unified forms. Through guided demonstrations and engaging motivations, students learn to cut, layer, and fire glass to create unique compositions using sheet glass, frit, powders, and stringers. Emphasis is placed on color, pattern, and experimentation while building confidence with essential tools and techniques to create a wide range of glass fused and slump molded pieces.
