  • Participants will tour the D’Amico House to view Mabel D’Amico’s mobiles & stabiles

This sculpture class will focus on designing mobiles and stabiles using both found and altered mixed-media elements. Through experimentation with materials such as wire, plaster gauze, and lightweight structural elements, participants will explore basic balance and construction engineering to create dynamic hanging or standing forms that respond to movement, weight, and air. A critique will be held on the last day of class.
